THE PROBLEM
After all this time people should have learned from PFOA’s, C8 (DuPont’s
Teflon) and the numerous lawsuits brought upon the pharmaceutical
companies, which knew causing harm to people was just the cost of business.
Society has placed an enormous amount of emphasis of what foods are
ingested but have mostly ignored the fact that we absorb almost as much through our skin.
• 70% of what we put on our skin is absorbed, some crossing the blood brain
barrier. The blood–brain barrier (BBB) provides a defense against disease- causing pathogens and toxins that may be present in our blood but some toxins circumvent the BBB reaching the brain causing long-term neurologic issues
• Chemicals placed on your forehead and scalp are absorbed 3-4 more times
than any other part of the body
