Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your Kumo Luxe products, you may return them within 15 days of purchase (2 weeks) for a full refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Trial Period of 2 Full Weeks: These restorative, natural products require 2 full weeks of usage.
  • Eligible Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition, with at least 50% of the product remaining. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team by the expiration date via website chat, email: info@kumoluxe.com, or call us at 1-888-723-5866. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send back your items.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, follow the return process, and indicate your desired replacement. We will ship the exchange once we receive the original item.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for these cases.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
